Tomorrow Milan's defensive stalwart Alessandro Nesta will finally make his return on the pitch for the friendly against FK Tirana. The former Italian international was out of action since the summer due to a back problem that has kept him out longer than expected. However, the World Cup winner has now fully recovered and will likely play at least a part of Milan's charity game in Albania. This recovery will be great news for coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has been struggling to find a suitable replacement for Nesta at center back.
Philippe Senderos is also currently injured, and the Frenchman has yet to make his official debut since arriving on loan from Arsenal last summer. Kakha Kaladze has also suffered from fitness problems, which have been persisting for him over the last few years.
Gianluca Zambrotta is also unavailable for next weekend's Serie A match against Sampdoria due to suspension.
