The Italian hit-man had to come off against the Albanian's as his side got back to old habits and lost 2-1. Inzaghi picked up a knock to his leg after challenging for a loose ball and it is highly unlikely that he will feature against the Blucerchiati.
Alessandro Nesta is also in doubt even though he made his return in Tirana. The stopper played the whole of the second half but he complained of a slight problem after the game.
Marco Borriello is ready to return after his long injury lay-off. Philippe Senderos however will miss the game as he still isn't 100 percent fit and he trained apart from the team on Wednesday.
The Rossoneri will be hoping to bounce back against a struggling Samp side. The Blucerchiati are currently down at the bottom end of the table following a less than perfect start to the campaign.
Milan on the other hand are only three points behind bitter rivals Inter and they can close the gap with a win against the Genoa-based club if the Nerazzurri lose against Roma on Saturday.
